They choose new projects, including ones from Proposers. When they choose a project, they have a maximum of 5 hours to complete a basic analysis to be passed on to the chief analysts for review.
They review individual analyses and decide whether they can be officially published. They also evaluate the work of individual analysts and decide on the termination of cooperation or promotion to the position of chief analyst. They also serve as a moderator on our communication channels.
They are responsible for the results of the entire analytical team. They review the work of the chief analysts, communicate with the company management, and distribute information among the entire team. They also present projects on our main streams for clients.
