Adidas Introduces Their New NFT ALTS Collection

The world-famous manufacturer of branded clothing and accessories, Adidas, began its journey into the metaverse back in 2021, when they first introduced a collection called Into The Metaverse. Since then, they have been actively involved in the space, forging many exciting partnerships including collaborations with NFT influencer gmoney, PUNKS Comic and Bored Ape Yacht Club. All of these partnerships have given collectors the opportunity to burn their NFTs in exchange for new ERC-1155 tokens and the chance to receive exclusive physical items in the form of apparel.

What does the new ALTS by Adidas collection bring?

The new collection takes Adidas one step further and demonstrates the company’s commitment to innovation. Collectors who own the NFTs from the first two Into The Metaverse collections have the option to get new NFTs from the ALTS by Adidas collection by burning their old NFTs. In return, they will receive the new Ethereum-based NFTs, with only a gas fee to pay.
