A unique multi-chain farming game designed to gamify all aspects of decentralized finance.
A unique multi-chain farming game being built on the Solana Network, designed to gamify all aspects of decentralized finance (DeFi). The main goal of the game is to make it easier and simpler for individuals to participate in the exciting world of DeFi and cryptocurrencies while having the opportunity to have fun. DeFi Land will offer all the features of traditional platforms, all in one place. The game offers players the option to start for free and gradually work their way up to a level where they unlock the ability to earn money by playing the game (or simply purchase this option), as well as the option to compete with other players, craft, trade, and do all other activities in a fun and exciting way.
DeFi Land is completely free to play. By connecting your wallet to DeFi Land, you can exchange crypto, manage your portfolio, etc. in a fun and engaging way. Furthermore, thanks to the educational mode, newcomers can train and learn more about the industry without having to spend their actual funds. Beginners also have the opportunity to really understand how DeFi works, through a playful and fun platform. Anyone can take the class and then test their knowledge in quizzes.
Upon successful completion of this entire process, players will receive an in-game NFT as a gift. There are several mini-games in the game such as: fishing, duck shooting, racing etc. In addition to free activities, the game will also offer Play-2-Earn modes. However, not everyone will be able to participate in Play-2-Earn. Players will only be allowed to do specific tasks if they own the NFT needed to perform the task. For example, you will need to have a fishing rod if you want to fish or you will need to own cows if you want to get milk.
All of these elements will be implemented via NFTs – the entry fee is low, which should allow anyone to play the game. Also, holding these NFTs can act as a source of income for individuals when they complete certain tasks.
The marketplace allows trading via $DFL and $SOL without any listing fees (only a small, redeemable $SOL deposit is necessary to create a listing). NFTs listed in $DFL will have no trading fees. NFTs listed in $SOL will have a 1% trading fee.
The DFL token is both, a governance and game token. In total, the number of DFLs is capped at 10,000,000,000. However, the initial supply in circulation is 586,335,000 units. Holders will be motivated to stake them in-game to earn revenue generated by in-game transactions.
$GOLDY was introduced with an aim to promote the sustainability of the game ecosystem. $GOLDY is a secondary currency for in-game microtransactions and rewards. $GOLDY is minted strictly to distribute rewards among game players. It has many use cases and is burned with every in-game transaction. Players can earn $GOLDY by Fishing Game, Harvesting Game, Shooting Game, and taking care of their pets.
Single-sided staking went live in DeFi Land, back in February 2022. Hereby the users were encouraged to stake their $DFL in their village to earn $DFL rewards. The staking feature has flexible and locked staking options and the lock up period of $DFL was determined from zero to 104 weeks.
With the flexible staking option, stakers can remove their stake whenever they want to, while the option to lock encourages long-term $DFL holdings to support the ecosystem while providing a higher annual percentage yield to the token holder.
This feature offers DeFi Landers the chance to support DeFi Land while enjoying some immediate and future rewards including but not limited to NFTs, on their holdings of $DFL. The staking platform is established in DeFi Land and it offers much more than an ordinary staking platform.
There is a dedicated web page https://staking.defiland.app/ for the staking, which allows stakers track APY, to stay informed about the statistics about the staking pools and to start staking.

“Defi Land appears to be a very fun, user-friendly game. There is really a lot of options in the game for the player to invest their time in (or waste on). The game environment is designed to keep you engaged, introducing more and more features that won’t let you leave the game. For example, it is not easy at all to find the logout button or any other function to leave the game quickly. Or you may find yourself in a cave that is not easy to get out of. There are no limits to creativity, and because of this, many players won’t be able to leave the screen, especially if they have Play-2-Earn access enabled while trying to make some money or, on the contrary, when trying to level up in order to access the Play-2-Earn tier without any investment.
The team members have only nicknames listed and unfortunately their real names are not listed anywhere.”
