Krabots is a combat game on the Binance Smart Chain, where players own their NFT Krabots and their parts. Krabot battles take place in 3v3 format and players have the option to swap the parts used, their order, or even choose another Krabot.
Krabots is a combat game where players must assemble a team of 3 Krabots against their opponent. Matches are divided into 3 to 5 rounds, depending on how the battle develops. Krabots attack each other automatically, so players must build a strategy and determine the order of their Krabots before the match starts, after that they can’t influence anything.
The winner in a given round will proceed to the next and face another opponent. However, they retain all damage taken, and all one-time abilities and used tools remain depleted. After ten seconds pass in each round, the walls begin to move, pressing the Krabots together and damaging them on contact. The winner is the one who defeats all of the opponent’s Krabots.
The game will offer 2 modes. In PvP mode, players compete against each other to climb the leaderboard and earn higher rewards. The endless PvE campaign will then allow players to face off against unique and utterly absurd bosses that players would never encounter in PvP.
The Krabots will consist of various NFT parts that have both cosmetic and functional combat mechanics. Each Krabot will have its own animal driver and its own unique body that serves only as a cosmetic item. Additionally, Krabots will consist of weapons with various mechanics, such as fire cannons or circular saws. The final parts of the Krabots are the wheels, which differ in size and downforce. Players will be able to craft, upgrade and merge parts using KraGold and KraCoin tokens.
You need to buy NFT Krabots to start playing the game. The game will be available on Windows, iOS and Android.
KraCoin is a governance token that will be available for purchase on exchanges or players will be able to earn it in-game via contests and Boss raids.
It will be possible to stake it and its maximum supply is 100,000,000 units.
The KraGold token is an in-game currency earned by playing. Players will use it to buy boxes, upgrade parts and bet on in-game matches.
Players can sell and buy their NFT components on the marketplace and will have the opportunity to earn KraGold for each match in the PvE campaign and PvP matches. The higher a player is in the PvP leaderboard, the more KraGold they will receive per match.
Additionally, creative players will have the opportunity to create Krabot bodies in the Workshop that they can sell.
“As usual, I was drawn to the game by the pets, this time having the role of pilots controlling the Krabots. However, I was a bit disappointed because they are only visible in the menu and you won’t see your cute pilots at all in the subsequent combat. Personally, I’m not a big fan of games with auto-combat like Krabots or Shakes and Fidget. So I may not be able to fully appreciate this game, but it doesn’t strike me as much fun. Plus, outside of combat, I only have the option of upgrading and shopping. To my surprise, Krabots has a decent following on social media, which amazes me. When I asked on their Telegram about the necessary investment in the game, they seemed to avoid the question. They kept saying that the Beta was free, which I didn’t want to know. Eventually I was told that NFTs are not free, from which I concluded that an investment would be necessary.”
