About the Game

Northern Guilds was a retro-style MMO game that allowed players to create their own guilds together with friends, build camps, settlements, and cities, and collect taxes from residents and merchants.
Players were also able to live a nomadic life and gather resources to produce items for their own needs, and obtain rare and legendary items from dungeons and epic boss battles.
In addition, the game offered the opportunity to venture into unforgiving zones, from dense forests to prison catacombs, on their own, and battle the giants of Jöttunheim and the gods of Asgard along the way.
Northern Guilds consists of three main kingdoms:
Denmark – home of the Danes and the Thor guild.
Sweden – the land of the Swedes, and the birthplace of the Heimdalr guild.
Norway – the Loke guild rules here.
Each kingdom had its own guild, which recruited members primarily from their own nation. The nations differed in their characteristics and climates, providing a variety of experiences for players in the north.
Guilds
The Pórr guild – Pórr guild members are formidable warriors. They specialize in close combat, heavy armor, and weapons.
Heimdalr guild – this guild uses the magical energies of Midgard.
Loke guild – you need special faith to join the famous Loke guild, and its recruits possess amazing cunning.
Ódinn guild – the Ódin guild is the pinnacle of training and the preparation of humanity for the last war. Only the most legendary and renowned warriors and heroes of the entire north live in these guild halls. The guild may be small in numbers, but its power is unmatched, and mortals do not doubt it.

Player Requirements
Economics
tokenomics
It was planned that the economy in Northern Guilds would be largely player-driven, and Pixie Interactive would only influence it through the drop rates of various game items, and quest and loot rewards. The intention was to allow players to shape the economy through their actions and decisions within the game, providing a more immersive and engaging experience.
As the world of Northern Guilds expanded over time, and new guilds (and their homelands) were added to the game, it was expected that this economy would grow and expand further. The goal was to create a dynamic and evolving economy that would respond to the actions of players, and encourage them to explore and interact with the game world in new and exciting ways.
Monetization
In Northern Guilds, players could earn in several ways:
- By looting dungeons, killing bosses, and selling rare loot to other players
- By completing quests and exploration tasks, progressing through the story
- By becoming a merchant selling items in the in-game or a secondary market through blockchain or OpenSea
