The World's First Physical NFT Stores

Dubai is a place of limitless possibilities, and now they can claim another unique feat, as a physical store will be opening in one of their international malls, where NFTs will be available for purchase.

Dubai is the business and crypto hub for the Middle East and North Africa, so it makes sense that Fastex has chosen the location to open the world's first physical NFT store, ftNFT, which enables easy interaction between the real and digital worlds. In a very short period of time, the store has gained a lot of recognition, mainly for its unique concept, friendly staff and great customer service.

After the successful opening of the first phydigital store, Faxtex came up with the announcement that it would open another ftNFT store, but this time, in the world's largest shopping mall, Dubai Mall. The new store is designed to be one of a kind and will offer customers a unique social experience when shopping for NFTs in the real world.

Visitors to the new store will be able to browse the library of NFTs available on the ftNFT marketplace, and if any digital art catches their eye, they will be able to purchase it immediately. Other activities awaiting visitors include a DJ room, an avatar booth, 3D scanner support as well as accompanying physical pendants of digital NFT collections, all designed to create a unique shopping experience for customers in the digital world.

The store is also designed for artists who can easily upload their NFT art to the ftNFT marketplace. If an artist wants to share their work, it will be possible to create any kind of NFT design using the 3D scanner in the store.

The grand opening of the ftNFT store at Dubai Mall is scheduled for March 16-17, 2023. In addition to its physical stores, Fastex offers a complete Web 3.0 ecosystem with a plethora of services that include digital asset exchange, payment gateways, staking and decentralized financing.

Phydigital experiences represent the future of Web 3.0

As the foundations of NFTs are created and connected to the digital world, the buying and selling of these digital assets has always been considered an online experience, but this could change in the future.

When buying or selling online, the physical aspect that customers desire is missing. Based on many surveys, people still prefer to shop in bricks-and-mortar stores because if they are unsure, they can speak to an employee in person. Another reason why phydigital has such potential is the social nature of NFTs. Based on a recent study, 74% of respondents answered that they only purchase NFTs because of the social status that these digital assets convey.

The ftNFT retail stores have opened in Dubai only (“so far”), offering customers exactly what has been missing in the NFT space: the physical social aspect. These unique locations, which are visited by millions of customers annually, make Dubai a place where NFT technology can move to the next level of development.
